1、摘要随着家用汽车总数不断增多,城市车位严重不足的问题日益突出,因此本文提出了立 体车库的智能管理与控制系统。论文首先结合国内汽车占有量不断增加的现状,指出论文 研究的必要性和解决停车难的意义,又从国内外研究现状与应用现状出发,找出当前国内 外存在的差距,指出当前国内在立体车库的研究资金、后期维护、系统的稳定性与推广方 面存在很多不足,为论文的设计方向提供了指引;之后对立体车库模型进行分析,从基本 构成、工作原理、单控与群控模式、单控模式的仿真等方面进行阐述,指出立体车库实现 的基本功能的核心组件,提出基于PLC实现对车辆自动检测、自动存取车与自动收费功能 的实现原理,为论文设计找到切入点;随后
2、从智能管理系统的硬件控制系统与软件控制系 统进行分析,指出各自如何实现对立体车库的智能管理控制,并通过模型分析的方法对各 种车库控制模式进行对比分析,设计了立体车库监控系统,并选择了适宜的开发设备进行 组装和二次编程,分别从上位机模块、PLC模块与通信模块进行设计与实现;最后结合当 前立体车库的实际需求对机械式立体车库智能管理控制系统进行开发,提出基于组态王的 3D立体车库控制系统,并从系统的控制、运营、监控与通信等方面进行探讨,增加了系统 的可行性。实验表明,该系统有效解决了机械式立体车库的管理与控制的相关问题。该论文有图29幅,表4个,参考文献53篇。关键词:立体车库;车库结构;单控和群控
3、模式;监控管理系统;仿真AbstractWith the inc reasing number of househol d c ars,the serious shortage of urban park ing spac es is bec oming inc reasingl y prominent.Therefore,this paper proposes an intel l igent management and c ontrol system for three-dimensional garage.F irstl y,the paper points out the nec e
4、ssity of the researc h and the signific anc e of sol ving the park ing diffic ul ty in the l ight of the present situation of inc reasing c ar oc c upanc y in China.Then,starting from the c urrent researc h situation and appl ic ation situation at home and abroad,it finds out the existing gap at hom
5、e and abroad,and points out that there are many defic ienc ies in the researc h funds,l ate maintenanc e,system stabil ity and promotion of the three-dimensional garage in China.Direc tion pl anning provides guidanc e;then the model of stereo garage is anal yzed from the basic c omposition,work ing
6、princ ipl e,singl e-c ontrol and group-c ontrol mode,simul ation of singl e-c ontrol mode and so on.The c ore c omponents of the basic func tions of stereo garage are pointed out,and the real ization princ ipl es of auto-detec tion,auto-ac c ess vehic l e and auto-c harging func tion based on PLC ar
7、e proposed,whic h c an be found for the design of this paper.Then,it anal yses the hardware c ontrol system and software c ontrol system of the intel l igent management system,points out how to real ize the intel l igent management and c ontrol of the three-dimensional garage,c ompares and anal yses
8、 various garage c ontrol modes through the method of model anal ysis,designs the three-dimensional garage monitoring system,and c hooses the appropriate devel opment equipment for assembl y and sec ondary programming,respec tivel y.The PC modul e,PLC modul e and c ommunic ation modul e are designed
9、and impl emented.F inal l y,the intel l igent management and c ontrol system of mec hanic al three-dimensional garage is devel oped ac c ording to the ac tual needs of the c urrent three-dimensional garage.A three-dimensional garage c ontrol system based on Kingview is proposed,and the feasibil ity
10、of the system is inc reased by disc ussing the c ontrol,operation,monitoring and c ommunic ation of the system.Experiments show that the system effec tivel y sol ves the probl ems rel ated to the management and c ontrol of mec hanic al three-dimensional garage.The paper has 29 pic tures,4 tabl es,an
