6、 construction technology and safety regulation6)建筑机械使用安全技术规程(JGJ332001)。Safety and technology regulation of using construction machines二、筒体结构滑模施工技术方案 Cylinder slip forming construction technical plan筒仓结构系按滑升模板工艺设计,滑升模板工艺系一次组装模板,连续浇灌成形,确保高质量地完成本工程的筒仓施工,做到内外壁圆滑无模板接痕,外壁做到清水滑模效果。Cylinder silo structure
7、is designed according to sliding up shuttering technology. Sliding up shuttering technology is that once install the shuttering and continue pouring to form to insure the accomplishment of high quality cylinder silo construction. It can make the inner and outer wall smooth without any shuttering con
8、nection mark and make the outer wall get the effect of rinsing slip forming. 1) 全部用GYD60大吨位千斤顶、482.75钢管作滑模支承杆。All slip forming support poles will use large tonnage jack and 482.75steel tube.2) 简化滑模平台,实际只设人行通道,即减轻平台荷载又方便施工。It should simplified slip forming platform. Actually just set up a walking pas
9、sage, which will reduce platform load as well as keep facility of construction 3) 柔性模板接缝之间夹一条海棉条,可以有效地防止板缝漏浆,同时使板缝拼接平整、圆滑,提高筒仓结构滑模的外观质量There is one piece sponge in the joint of flexible shuttering, which can effectively prevent leakage from the joint and at same time keep the joint flat, smooth to i
10、mprove the appearance of the cylinder silo structure slip forming 4) 滑模工程外观不好的另一主要原因是水泥浆沿筒壁流淌,为防止操作平台上水泥的流淌,在模板下口和模板间用6夹海绵条吸附水泥浆,操作人员在每层及时清理海绵内的水泥浆。Another reason for slip forming appearance drawback is that grout flow along cylinder wall. Controllers should clear up the group from sponge in each layer in time 5) 出模混凝土的处理措施:对出模混凝土及时进行原浆压光和对流淌水泥浆进行铲除,在吊架上环绕筒壁设一圈20铸铁管,在管上靠筒壁一侧均匀钻孔,用管道泵将水压入铸铁管,随滑模施工对筒壁混凝土进行喷淋。并派专人用清水均匀涂刷筒壁,最终达到表面圆滑、光洁、色泽基本一致的效果,同时在内外筒壁刷混凝土养护液养生。Disposal meas

On the scaffolding set a 20 cast iron tube around cylinder wall, drill equal holes on the tube next to cylinder wall, use tube pump compress water into cast iron tube, and then water can
13、 be sprayed to the concrete on cylinder wall during slip forming construction. Also special man should be arranged to brush the cylinder wall smoothly with clean water. Finally consistent effect of surface smooth, color and lustre will achieve. At the same time brush concrete maintenance liquid on i
14、nside and outside cylinder wall to maintain三、生料库滑模施工Raw meal silo slip forming construction1滑模工艺设计Design of slip forming technics根据图纸设计,生料库为预应力钢筋砼结构,外筒高 m,内径为 m,壁厚 m以下为 mm,以上为 mm,内筒高 m,内径为 m,壁厚为 mm,外筒每米砼量约为 m3,内筒每米砼量约为 m3,为保证砼的输送,在库外设一台塔吊和两台布料车进行施工。According to drawing design, raw mill silo is pre-s

Concrete quantity per meter of out cylinder is m3, Concrete quantity per meter of inner cylinder is m3 In order to
16、 keep concrete transport, 1 tower crane and 2 material trucks prepared out of the silo for construction. 外筒筒壁从基础顶标高开始采用滑模施工,滑至标高10.8m处,空滑至13.6m标高,施工内筒及减压锥底板。待减压锥底板施工完毕后改装滑模平台滑至77.2m。Out cylinder wall begins slip forming construction from foundation top elevation. After slide to 10.8m elevation, slid
