双方本着友好合作精神, 自愿签署本协议并确保认真推行协议中约定各项义务。
The two parties, in a spirit of friendly cooperation, agree to sign this contract and pledge to fulfil conscientiously all the obligations stipulated in it.

二． 甲乙双方合作内容Cooperation content:
甲方与乙方进行教学合作, 乙方为甲方提供教学服务, 并接收甲方监督管理
Both parties cooperate together to fulfill the teaching tasks. Party B offers teaching and organizing service. Party A has the right to supervise the service and result from party B during the cooperation.
三． 乙方在合作期间享受福利Benefits of party B
1. 在合作期间, 甲方有责任确保乙方工作环境安全, 而且对此提供对应援助。
During cooperation, party A can offer assistance and advice regarding any issues with local official’s enquiring about cooperation.
2. 甲乙双方合作满六个月后, 乙方能够享受5天带薪休假。
After six-month cooperation, party B is eligible for 5 days paid leave.
3. 甲方为乙方提供不定时团体出行和团体用餐补助。
On regular occasion, the school will pay for days out or lunch subsidies.
4. 甲乙双方合作满一年并续签一年新合约, 甲方将为乙方提供9000元人民币年底奖励, 此奖励将作为办理工作签证补助。假如乙方不需要办理工作签证, 则能够选择5000元人民币现金奖励。
Upon completion of one year cooperation and signing a new contract, party A will offer upto 9000 RMB subsidy towards the working visa of party B or receive a 5000 RMB bonus if no assistance is required for the working visa.
四． 乙方工作时间和工作内容The working hours of party B
1. 依据学校作息时间表, 每七天工作日为6天（节假日除外）, 如遇节假日学校调换课程时间则按学校要求安排讲课。每七天讲课时间为23小时（不包含活动）, 培训时间为4小时。如遇特殊情况, 超出小时数将以 ¥50/小时 支付给乙方。

l 寒假和暑假学期期间课时安排以下:
星期一至星期六, 9:00-12:00, 14:00-17:00
星期日, 休息
According to the school’s teaching schedule, teachers usually work 6 days a week (except holidays). If the school changes the schedule during the holiday, teachers have the obligation to take up the classes according to the school’s arrangement. There are 21 teaching hours (activities are not included) and 4 training hours per week. Every month, there are less than 84 teaching hours.
During the normal semester, if necessary and required, Party A will pay extra ¥50/hour to party B for every additional teaching hour monthly.

2. 乙方有责任按时到校备课, 假如违反一次, 将给予警告。违反两次以上, 将从乙方每个月工资中扣除50元/次, 乙方接收甲方各店店长监督。
Party B has the obligation to be present in the school on time and do not be late. If party B doesn’t obey this regulation for the first time, party B will receive a verbal warning. If party B receives a second warning, party A has the right to cut the salary by 50 RMB each time party B is late.
3. 遇甲方在合作学校有特殊活动时, 乙方应该参与, 如庆贺日、 教研活动及部分关键英语活动等, 甲方对此给予乙方一定交通补助, 但不再支付其她费用。
If party A hosts some special activities, party B should attend it. For example, celebration day, teaching research activities and some important English activities. Party A will provide financial help towards transport fees for party B, but no extra payment (salary).
4. 乙方服从甲方分配教学任务和课程安排; 在甲乙双方约定教课时长和工作时长内, 对于甲方课程安排, 乙方不得拒绝接收。乙方应按期完成工作任务, 确保教学工作质与量。
Party B has the obligation to accept the reasonable arrangement of the classes and schedule. Party B is not allowed to be absent from the classes within the teaching hours as agreed. If there is a special reason for absence, party B has to inform party A at least 3 days ahead. In case of an emergency or illness or accident, party B has to submit proper certification duly signed by an authorized person.
5. 乙方有义务遵守甲方外教管理工作守则, 包含关键工作时间安排, 日常工作职责奖惩制度等。乙方有义务认真完成上级领导所下达工作任务和按时按质完成。
It’s the obligation for Party B to follow the Rules and Regulations set out for all foreign teachers, including the working schedule, daily work and responsibility, Party B also has the obligation to keep classrooms clean and tidy after each class has finished and any additional tasks that may be asked by the supervisor.
6. 甲方为乙方提供教学内容和教学材料, 乙方有责任提前完成备课任务, 并与助教和教学主管查对每七天备课内容。
Party B will be given material for each class, they must fully prepare before commencement of each class and is obliged and required to fulfill this task to the level required by the school or supervisor.
7. 乙方有责任参与甲方举行户外推广活动。如因推广活动而造成超时工作, 超出30分钟将按加班工资核实。
Occasionally party B is required to participate and attend promotional activities and outdoor activities to promote the cause of the school. This period is within the working hours. Any extra time extending 30 minutes will be paid accordingly.
8．每三个小时课程将有两个课间休息, 每次休息不得超出10分钟。在此期间, 乙方必需留在学校, 不许可在此期间抽烟、 喝酒、 接打私人电话。
Two breaks of ten minutes are permitted within each 3-hour class. Party B must remain on school premises during these breaks and is not permitted to smoke or drink alcohol or attend personal phone calls. Supervision is still required of the children during these breaks.
9. 乙方在工作时间不许可闲聊, 玩手机, 玩电脑游戏, 外出用餐, 外出购物等活动。如需外出, 需向上级提出口头申请, 并经得各店店长同意。
Any period during the working hours when party B is not teaching, must refrain from using their mobile phone from any use apart from making or receiving phone calls. Any use of school equipment such as computers is meant for official work and not for playing games, etc. Party B is not allowed to leave the school without permission of the supervisor.

10. Uniform provided by the school must be worn at all times when part A is in school.
三、 讲课地点Working address and location
甲方依据乙方实际情况, 为乙方安排课程在内, 如有其她改变, 双方协商处理。
On rare occasions, party B may be requested to cover or substitute another teacher at our second branch with or without prior notice.

四、 薪酬标准Salary criteria
1. 双方协商达成一致, 按月薪资方法计算工资, 首月工资结算自入职日起至每个月最终一天, 按实际工作天数结算。次月工资自每个月第一天起, 自每个月最终一天为止。每个月甲方支付乙方人民币_____10000______元整, 每个月15日发放上月工资。
When the two parties agree with each other, party B will be paid monthly. Party B will receive their salary after the completion of each month on the 15th of every month. Party A pays Party B______10000________ RMB per calendar month. (For example, if party B signs the agreement on 20th of the month, then the salary from 20th of that month to the last day of that month will be paid on the 15th of the next month. The salary of the first day of the calendar month to the last day of the month will be paid on the 15th of the next month)
2. 双方合作期间, 甲方为乙方提供____1000/月______交通补助。
During the time of cooperation , party A offers party B an additional ¥1000/month subsidy towards the costs of transportation.
五、 其她事项 Matters of reference:
1. 乙方在合作期间健康及医疗由乙方自行处理。
Personal matters including accommodation, health and illness are the responsibility of party B. Party A is available for advice and help at all time.
2. 病假及事假:
Sick leave and compassionate leave
（1）假如乙方因患病并经医院证实确不能工作, 能够向甲方提出请假。假如乙方连续7天请病假, 甲方能够根据国家外专局协议相关要求中止与受聘方协议。
In the event of sickness, party B must produce adequate certification from the correct hospital to prove their sickness in regards to sick leave. Upon providing certificate sick leave will be granted. If the sick leave runs for 7 days continually, party A has the right to terminate the contract according to the contract issued by state administration of the Foreign Experts Affairs.
（2）假如乙方在工作时间内需要请事假, 须得到甲方同意; 假如乙方未向甲方提出请假, 而旷工不上课, 甲方有权在其旷工期间罚扣其一个月工资
If Party B applies for a day off because of personal reasons during the work time, it must be confirmed by party A. If party B is absent from class without application or informing, then party A has the right to cut one month’s salary to cover the loss of our administration costs, reputation and hiring of a replacement teacher.
七．保密协议 confidentiality agreement
1. 双方不得将合作内容和任何合作具体信息透露给第三方, 包含甲方内部职员。
Both parties are not allowed to divulge any information or details regarding either the school or party B. All aspects of cooperation between party A and B are confidential
2.在任何情况下, 甲乙双方不得将工资, 协议内容, 国籍, 年纪, 教年限和中介起源透漏给第三方, 包含甲方企业职员。
The two parties are not allowed to divulge personal information regarding salaries, contract, nationality, and age or recruitment agency. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCE can this information or details be passed on to any of the other staff. If party B has been found guilty of this confidentiality, breach will result in instant dismissal without pay.

七、 协议变更、 解除和终止Contract change, relief and termination
本协议自双方开始合作之日起生效, 协议期满即自行终止。如一方需要解除协议, 需提前90天通知另一方, 不然视为违约。协议期内, 乙方提出提前终止协议, 将根据已工作期限, 赔偿甲方中介费损失（最低3000元人民币, 最高5000元人民币）。期满后, 甲、 乙双方合作关系解除, 乙方在华一切事务自理。如双方愿意继续合作, 将签署新合作协议。
This contract will take effect with the agreement of the two parties’ cooperation and terminate when the contract expires. If party B decides to end the contract before the expiry date, it’s the requirement of party A to be notified 90 days prior to termination. In addition, party B is liable to pay the cost of recruiting a new teacher from the agency. The amount will be calculated in relation to the time cooperated by party B. Minimum amount is 3000 to a maximum of 5000.
