In consideration of Party A employing Party B, and in order to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, after mutual agreement, this contract is made as follows:
Article 1 Job Position
Party B is hired as the position of (specific job title) in Party A's company (or organization, unit), with responsibilities including (job description). Party B shall complete the work as arranged by the superior and stipulated in this contract.
Article 2 Working Hours

In view of Party A owning the rental property and Party B willing to lease, both parties have reached a consensus and hereby sign this contract.
Article 1 Leased Property
Party A agrees to rent the property located at (specific address), with a specific area of (specific area), to Party B for use, with a lease term from (start date) to (end date).
Article 2 Rent and Deposit
