Whereas Party A operates media resources and Party B wishes to cooperate with Party A for advertising and promotion activities, the two parties have reached the following cooperation agreement through friendly negotiation:
I. Cooperation Content and Duration:
1. Party A agrees to provide its media resources to Party B for advertising and promotion activities, including but not limited to online, television, radio, print media, etc.

III. Rights and Obligations:
1. Party A reserves the right to adjust the advertisement publishing schedule based on actual circumstances.
2. Party B shall pay the advertising fees on time and ensure that the advertisement content is legal and compliant.
3. Both parties shall maintain the confidentiality of cooperation information and shall not disclose it to third parties without the consent of the other party.
IV. Breach of Contract Liability:
1. If either party fails to fulfill the agreement, resulting in damage to the cooperation, they shall be liable for compensation accordingly.
2. In case of serious breach of contract, either party has the right to unilaterally terminate the cooperation agreement.
