七、 法律适用和争议解决

Considering that Party A intends to entrust Party B with the subcontracting of the following construction project, the parties have reached the following agreement through friendly negotiations:
I. Project Name and Scope

II. Construction Standards and Requirements

V. Breach of Contract Liability
5.1 If either party violates the contract terms, resulting in losses, they shall bear breach of contract liability according to the law and compensate for direct economic losses incurred by the other party.
5.2 If project delays or inability to continue construction occur due to force majeure or other objective reasons, both parties shall negotiate solutions and promptly notify the other party in writing.
VI. Contract Amendments and Termination
6.1 If either party needs to amend or terminate this contract, it shall be done through written agreement by both parties, and a change or termination agreement shall be signed for validity.
6.2 After the contract termination, both parties shall settle outstanding payments according to the agreed provisions and bear other responsibilities after contract termination.
VII. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
7.1 The legal issues involved in this contract shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
7.2 In case of disputes arising from contract performance, the parties shall seek resolution through friendly negotiations; if negotiations fail, they shall apply for arbitration to the arbitration institution specified in the contract.
