Contract Agreement for Painting and Coating Engineering
甲方（委托方）：______________（以下简称甲方）

一、 项目描述 Project Description

Project Quantity and Scale: The specific quantity and scale are detailed in the engineering specifications.

二、 质量标准 Quality Standards
1. 甲方要求本工程的质量标准符合相关行业标准和法律法规要求。
Party A requires that the quality standards of this project comply with relevant industry standards and legal requirements.
2. 乙方应严格按照合同约定的质量标准和要求进行涂装作业，保证涂装效果符合甲方要求。
Party B should strictly follow the quality standards and requirements stipulated in the contract for painting operations to ensure that the painting effect meets Party A's requirements.
3. 若发现工程质量不合格，乙方应承担相应的整改责任，直至达到甲方要求的质量标准为止。
If the project quality is found to be unsatisfactory, Party B shall bear the corresponding rectification responsibility until the quality meets Party A's requirements.
三、 工程款支付 Project Payment
1. 工程款支付方式：甲方将工程款 ____________ （大写）支付给乙方。
Payment Method: Party A will pay the project cost of RMB ____________ (in words) to Party B.
2. 工程款支付时间：工程完工及验收合格后的 ____________ 天内支付工程款。

3. 如工程质量未达到合同约定标准，甲方有权扣除相应金额并要求乙方进行整改后再行支付尾款。
If the project quality does not meet the standards stipulated in the contract, Party A has the right to deduct the corresponding amount and request Party B to rectify the work before making the final payment.
四、 违约责任 Liability for Breach of Contract
1. 若乙方未按照合同约定完成工程，甲方有权要求返还已支付的款项，并要求乙方承担相应的违约责任。
If Party B fails to complete the project according to the contract, Party A has the right to request the return of the payment already made and demand Party B to bear the corresponding liability for breach of contract.
2. 若因甲方原因造成工程延误或质量问题，甲方应承担违约责任并赔偿乙方的损失。
If the project is delayed or has quality issues due to reasons attributable to Party A, Party A shall bear the liability for breach of contract and compensate Party B for its losses.
五、 审查和验收 Inspection and Acceptance
1. 工程完成后，乙方应邀请甲方进行工程现场验收。验收合格后，填写相关的验收报告并由双方签字确认。
After the completion of the project, Party B shall invite Party A to carry out on-site inspection and acceptance of the project. Upon acceptance, relevant acceptance reports shall be filled out and signed by both parties.
2. 若验收不合格，乙方应根据甲方提出的整改要求进行整改，并重新邀请甲方进行验收。
If the acceptance is not satisfactory, Party B shall rectify the work according to the rectification requirements raised by Party A and then invite Party A for re-inspection.
六、 其他条款 Other Terms
1. 本合同自双方签字之日起生效，至工程完工及验收合格后终止。
This contract shall come into effect on the date when both parties sign it and shall terminate upon completion and acceptance of the project.
2. 对于未尽事宜，双方可另行协商并签订书面补充协议。
For matters not covered in this contract, both parties may negotiate separately and sign a written supplementary agreement.
七、 合同解决争议方式 Dispute Resolution
本合同拟定及履行过程中发生争议，应由双方友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方均有权向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
In the event of any disputes arising during the drafting and performance of this contract, the disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties. If a negotiation fails, either party shall have the right to file a lawsuit with a court having jurisdiction.
