客厅

现代简约风格、电视采用壁挂式、家庭影院、考虑5.1声道音箱（电路改造需考虑）、电视墙插座注意凌乱的电线不要外漏、地面采用地砖、茶几不要玻璃的（上过当，现在家里的茶几就是个指纹采集器）要有抽屉。
客厅的窗实际为落地推拉窗，户型图有误
餐厅
冰箱放在餐厅、背景墙应与客厅协调地面采用地砖、最好不要长桌，如果是长桌也要可以翻成圆桌的那种，透明玻璃的不考虑（理由同茶几）。

厨房
整体橱柜（附照片）请根据橱柜风格考虑、插座设计充分考虑厨房电器较多，户型改造参照图片。

主卧
床前摆个三斗柜及梳妆台、电视壁挂、衣柜尽量的大采用推拉门、床要一米八宽的软床、地面采用地板（颜色不要深色的）、注意情调（偶偶尔有点小浪漫），窗改为飘窗（参照图片）。

客卧
每年双方的父母来住一段时间，考虑老年人生活习惯，地面采用地板。

书房
兼客房功能、不需要大书柜（本人藏书不多）、电脑是一体机（联想A600）、无线鼠标、无线键盘、无线网卡、除了电源都是无线的。考虑做个榻榻米（具有储物功能）、门考虑推拉门（考虑客厅通风与采光问题）、原来门的位置封上。
