1、 Preparation at the construction site

2.1 Glass cleaning
2.1 清洁窗户
Check whether there are any dirty marks such as soil dust, paints or
silicone glue on glasses before spraying and wetting glasses. Use scouring pad to remove the dirt as necessary and clear away the dust with brushes. Spray washing and installation liquid on the whole glass, and use the cleaning scouring pad to clean the whole window glass. Use the clean dish cloth to clean the window frames.
在喷湿窗子之前，先检查玻璃上是否有泥尘、油漆、或硅酮胶等污物。必要时用刀片将污物清除，然后用硬刷把尘埃扫去。将整快玻璃喷上清洗安装液，然后用清铲刀将整个窗玻璃刮铲。用一块柔软的毛巾擦洗窗框四周，把窗框边缘擦洗干净。
2.2 Window film preparation

Currently three common methods are used to prepare window film.

2.2.1 Method 1: Use other glass as the backer.

Use a piece of glass that has been cleaned initially as the backer, sprinkle water on the window and place the window film to be installed on it. The protective film of the window film shall be placed towards yourself.
先找一个初步清洁的窗子做垫板，在窗上洒水后，把将要安装的窗膜置于其上，窗膜的保护膜面向自己。
2.2.2 Method 2: Reversal roll method
2.2.2 方法2：反转卷轴法
Roll the window film reversedly towards the box side carefully, with the protective film facing upwards. The rolling diameter of window film shall be about 2.5cm. While about 8cm long window film is left after rolling, cut the film along the box edge. Grip the rolled window film at hands, and then start to tear protective film. Tear the film carefully, and roll the protective fill towards the roll core. Spray installation liquid to glue it and prepare for installation.
细心地将窗膜以保护膜向上的方式反卷至盒边，窗膜卷径应约为2.5cm。当窗膜卷剩8cm时，在窗膜的前后喷清洗安装液。把卷好的窗膜握在手中，然后开始撕下保护膜。小心地撕，让保护层卷向卷轴。在撕下保护膜的8cm范围，将清洗安装液喷洒在安装胶上，接着把窗膜卷暂时放置于一干净之处。
2.2.3 Method 3: Double-person installation method
2.2.3 方法3；双人安装法
One person will clean the window, and the other person will measure windows and prepare window films. When one person stretches the window films out of the box to appropriate length, the other person can cut the window film. After having separating the protective film of the window film a little form the top of window films, staff A grips two top corner of the window film and staff B tear the protective film slowly and spray the washing and cleaning liquid on the installation glue at the same time. Staff B can continue spray washing and spraying liquid on the glass window and then staff A can install the window film on to the window glass.
其中一人先清洁窗户，而另一人则度量窗户和准备窗膜。当一人把窗膜从盒中拉出至适当长度时，另一人可以把窗膜切下。把窗膜的保护膜从窗膜上端分开少许后，工作人员甲握住窗膜两个顶角，由乙则慢慢地把保护底膜撕下，同时在安装胶上喷洒清洗安装液。乙可以继续在玻璃窗上喷洒清洗安装液，之后甲可以把窗膜铺帖到窗玻璃上。
2.3 “Final washing” before installation
2.3 铺帖前的“最后清洗”
Spray cleaning and installation liquid evenly on the whole glass to form a layer of mist, and use the rubber wiper strip to scrape the window glass from the window top through S-shaped motion. Be very careful to avoid leaving any dust mark on the glass while start dragging the scraping mop after it pauses.
将清洗安装液均匀地在整面玻璃上喷洒一层薄雾，用普通刮擦拖把由玻璃的上方以连续的横向动作挂擦窗玻璃。在挂擦拖把停顿后再开始拖动时，要格外小心，以免在玻璃上留下尘埃痕迹。
2.4 Installation of window films
2.4 铺帖窗膜
Spray a proper amount of installation liquid on the whole glass except 5cm range on the top. There shall be no dry places where no installation liquid is sprayed, or the window film will stick too early during installation, which will make you fail to slip the window film to appropriate positions.
除了最顶端的5cm范围之外，将整面玻璃均匀地喷上适量清洗安装液，玻璃上不能有没有喷到的地方，否则安装时窗膜会太早黏住，使你无法将窗膜滑向适当的地方。
2.5 The first water squeezing
2.5 挤压水份
Spray the washing and installation liquid on the film surface. Starting from the top in the middle of the window film, move the tough squeezing plate upwards, downwards, leftwards and rightwards, and use the same pressure and angle and overlapping motion to squeeze the whole glass, or there will be water stain be left. Pay attention that no water squeezing is conducted within the 5cm range from the sides.
再度向对着室内的膜面喷洒清洗安装液。由窗膜中上方开始，上下左右地移动坚硬挤压拖把，用相同的压力及角度、重叠的动作挤压整块玻璃，否则将会遗留水渍。
2.6 Cutting the side window film
2.6 裁切边部窗膜
Use a pentagonal guide plate to stand over the glass vertically, and then use the blade to cut four sides of the window film. The sides of window film must be cut before final squeezing operation.
将一个五边行导板垂直地立于玻璃上，或以一个你感到自然的角度竖立，然后用刀片裁切窗膜的四周，留下约1mm的边。一定要在最后的挤压操作前把窗膜边部裁切完毕。

Spray washing and installation liquid on the film surface again. Squeeze water within the remaining 5cm range from inside to outside of the window film, and use the same pressure and angle and overlapping motion to squeeze the whole glass, or there will be water stain be left.
再度向对着室内的膜面喷洒清洗安装液。挤压在从内部范围外的剩余5cm窗膜的水，用相同的压力及角度、重叠的动作挤压整块玻璃，否则会有水渍留下。
2.8 Squeezing of side areas
2.8 边部吸水
Use scrap-free towel to wrap the pentagonal guide plate or Teflon plate. Then starting from the position that is 15cm away from the window frame, squeeze the water between the glass and window film with a table force, and carry out the process of water release and sucking. Because the towel can absorb water, change the positions continuously for absorb excess water completely and prevent the gravel from scratching the window films.
用无屑纸巾包住五行导板或特富龙板，由距窗框15cm左右开始，以平稳的力度，将留在玻璃与窗膜间的水份挤压出来，进行“放水”与“吮吸”工艺。由于纸巾可以吸水，应该不停地转换位置以求将多余的水分吸尽，同时防止沙砾刮花窗膜。
2.9 Window cleaning

While all windows are installed with window films, spray a small amount of cleaner on the window glasses to remove installation liquid and other remainders. Use dry towels to wipe the window glasses to make the windows clean, smooth and glossy.
当所有的窗户都装好窗膜后，将少量不含阿摩尼亚的清洁剂喷洒于窗玻璃上，以清除安装液及其他残留物。用干的纸巾擦拭窗玻璃，令窗子清洁、光滑明亮。
2.10 Inspection of visual quality
2.10 检查视觉质量
Observe the glass surface from the point which is 60cm away from the observation point from the appropriate angle of view and under good natural light. The side area of 50mm range from the edge must be deducted from the observation area. Observe whether there are dusts, particles, hairs and fibers, gum spots, bubbles, water frog (obscurity), stria and abrasion, visual deformation of thin films, jagged edge and notches, tilting at the edge and tearing within the observation area.
在室内合适的视角和良好的自然光下，从室内离观测点60cm处观测玻璃表面，观测区域应除去离边框50mm的边部，在观测区域内，观测尘埃、颗粒、头发与纤维、胶斑、指印、气泡、水雾（朦胧）、线痕和擦伤、薄膜视觉变形、折痕、边部锯齿状和缺口、边部翘起、戳破。
