    一、 概述 YZRW起重及冶金用涡流制动三相异步电动机(简称涡流制动电动机)是一种新型的调速电动机,它由YZR系列电动机和感应式涡流制动器组成,应用于各种型式的起重机械中电力传动和调速。电动机具有较大的过载能力和较高的机械强度,因此,它特别适用于那些短时或断续工作制频繁起动,制动,有时过负荷及有显著的振动与冲击的设备。 涡流制动器的电枢与电动机同轴旋转。当励磁绕组通入直流电时,涡流制动器产生的力矩与电动机的力矩相反,起动制动力的作用,使电动机的转速降低。通过调节涡流制动器励电流的大小,即可达到调节电动机转速的目的。涡流制动器采用关环或闭环控制,调速范围可从电动机额定转速调至同步转速的1/5~1/10。 感应式涡流制动器结构简单,使用可靠,维护方便。YZRW涡流制动电动机与其配套的控制装置所组成的调速系统,调速性能好,设备投资费用少,配套方便,具有调速平稳,不受负荷正反方向的限制,在任意负载下均能达到电动机的稳定低速运转和低速安装,就位准确等优点。 电动机的功率等级和安装尺寸符合IEC72推荐标准。 涡流制动电动机绝缘等级为F级和H级别有两种,F级绝缘适用于环境空气温度不超过40℃的场所,H级绝缘适用于环境空气温度不超过60℃的冶金场所,两者具有相同的参数。 涡流制动电动机具有良好的密封性,用于一般环境的涡流制动电动机,其电动机外壳防护等级为IP44,用于冶金环境的涡流制动电动机,其电动机外壳防护等级为IP54。 YZRW Ronge of Crane and metallurgy three-phase induction with current brakd (Called as eddy current brake electric motor below)is a new adjustable-speed motor, and consists of YZR range of motor and inducition eddy-current brake. It is used for adjusting the speed of various types of electric motor has bigger overload capacity and mechanical strength, so it is especially suitable for those equipments which operate at short time duration or intemittently, frequently start and brake and sometimes operate at an overload of present significant vibration and shock. An armature of the eddy current brake and a motor are mounted in the same shaft and rotate together.When an exciting winding passes through D.C,the eddy current brake produces a torque which is opposite to that of the motor.The torque acts as a braking force,making the motor speed slow dowm.The adjustment of the motor speed can be carried out,by adjusting the magnitude of an exciting current of the brake.The eddy current brake is controlled by open lop or closed loop.The speed adjustment ranges from the rated speed of the motor to 1/5~1/10 synchronous speed. Induction type eddy current brake is rational in design, reliable in operation, simple in construction and easy to maintain. The adjust-speed system, consisting of YZRW eddy-current brake type motor and control matched with is ,is good in adjust-speed characteristic, less in investment in device, easy to match ,smooth adjust-speed ,not restricted by clockwise of rounterclockwise rotation direction of load ,and able to achieve smooth and low-speed operation and to carry out low-speed mounting to hold in place. Outputs and mounting dimensions are in accordance with recommendation IEC72,while relationship between output and mounting dimension is in agreement with JEM1202,similar to DIN42681 and changeable with it. The motor can be made into both class F and Hinsulations, class F is suitable for place where ambien air temperature is not in excess of 40℃,and class H, not in excess of 60℃, for metalurgical place but parameters of both are the same. The eddy current brake type motor is sealed well. Electrical braking (being braked to 1/3 rated speed) once is equivalent to 0.8times a start. Construction 1.冷却方法:132机座号电动机为自然冷却(IC0041) 160~250机座号电动机为自扇冷却(IC0141) 涡流制动器为自然冷却(IC0041) 2.安装结构型式: IM1001型为机座带底脚,端盖上无凸缘,圆柱形轴伸。 IM1003型为机座带底脚,端盖上无凸缘,圆锥形轴伸。 IM3011型为机座不带底脚,端盖有凸缘,圆柱形轴伸,轴伸向下。 IM3011型为机座不带底脚,端盖有凸缘,圆锥形轴伸,轴伸向下。 3.传动方式:电动机采用联轴器或正齿轮传动,若采用正齿轮传动时,其齿轮节圆最小直径应不小于轴伸直径的2倍。 4.感应式涡流制动器主要由以下几部分组成: 电枢:是与电动机同时放置的钢质圆筒体,是磁路的一部分,具有导磁导电的作用,材质为碳素铸钢ZG10。 磁极铁心:由左右两件组成,中间放置励磁绕组,是磁路的主要部分,材质为碳素铸钢ZG10。 励磁绕组:根据绝缘等级不同选用不同材料。 1. Cooling form For frame size 132,self-cooled (IC 0041); For frame size 160 to 250,totally-enclosed fancooled(IC0141); For the eddy-current brake,self-cooled(IC0041). 2.Mounting arrangement IM1001 is of the frame with mounting feet,the endshield without fiange,and the cylindrical shaft extension. IM1003 is of the frame with mounting feet ,the endshield without flange,and the cylindrical shaft extension. IM3011 is of the frame without mounting feet,the endshied with flange ,the cylindrical shaft extension,and the extension downward. IM3013 is of the frame without feet ,the endshield with flange, the tapered shaftextension, and the extension downward. 3.Driving method The motors are drived by means of the coupling or the pinion gear.if the pinion gear is used to drive,then the pitch Circle diameter should be o less than twice of the shaft diameter. 4.Induction type current brake mainly consists of the follwing parts: Armature is a steel drum which rotates with the motor,being a part of magnetic circuit,having a property of electrical and magnetic conduction, and with its material being carbon steel ZG10. Pole core is making up of the right and left parts, between whic the exciting winding is placed, and a main part of the magnetic circuit, the material used being carbon-steel ZG10.
