Do you _______ ________ ___________ friends in English? 3.aloud [adv.] 大声地;出声地(以便能听得到) 【举例】I read the story aloud to my sister. 【辨析】⑴aloud [adv.]强调“出声”,但声音不一定很大,常与read,think等连用;aloud修饰call,cry,laugh,shout等动词时,可作“高声地”解。 【举例】Please read the text aloud.请大声朗读这篇课文。 The boy called aloud for help.这个男孩高声求救。 ⑵loud [adj.]响亮的;大声的 【举例】The boy always laughs in a loud voice in public.那个男孩总在公共场所大声地笑。 loud [adv.]指“大声,高声”,侧重给人的感觉,常放在speak,shout,laugh,talk后,多用比较级,需放在动词后。 【举例】Speak loud while answering the teacher’s questions. She told us to speak a little louder. ⑶loudly [adv.]指“大声地,响亮地”,含有喧闹或嘈杂的意味,放在所修饰的动词前后都可。 【举例】The students sang very loudly. They all shouted loudly. 【学以致用】Jim should read a________ in order that the others can hear him. 4.pronunciation [n.] 发音,读音 【举例】I have a good/poor pronunciation.我的发音好/差。 【拓展】pronounce [vt.] 发出……的声音,发音 【举例】How do you pronounce clerk? 【学以致用】⑴翻译句子:大声读来练习发音怎么样?
