颁奖流程介绍(向颁奖嘉宾)

(一）颁奖流程介绍(中文版)

1每个获奖运动员代表队为6人以内时（含6人），由两名嘉宾分别颁发奖牌和鲜花。解说如下：
尊敬的嘉宾，请允许我简要向您介绍广州亚运会的颁奖流程：获奖运动员站上颁奖台后，请xx先生/女士（主嘉宾）在礼仪人员示意下，上前为运动员颁发奖牌，然后回到原位。接下来请xx先生/女士（陪同嘉宾）在礼仪人员示意下上前为运动员送上鲜花并回到原位。请两位按照此模式依次为铜牌、银牌、金牌运动员颁奖。再次感谢两位嘉宾对广州亚运会的支持和参与。
2、每个获奖运动员代表队为7-17人时<含17人>,由四名嘉宾分别颁发奖牌和鲜花。解说如下：
尊敬的嘉宾，请允许我简要向您介绍广州亚运会的颁奖流程：获奖运动员站上颁奖台后，请xx先生/女士和xx先生/女士（两位主嘉宾）在礼仪人员示意下，共同上前为运动员颁发奖牌，颁发完毕后请回到原位。接下来请xx先生/女士和xx先生/女士（两位陪同嘉宾）在礼仪人员示意下上前为运动员送上鲜花，颁发完毕后请回到原位。请四位按照此模式依次为铜牌、银牌、金牌运动员颁奖。具体的颁奖位置请四位嘉宾观看我们的《亚运会颁奖仪式嘉宾站位图》，再次感谢您对广州亚运会的支持和参与！

16th Asian Games Medals Ceremony
Instructions to Medal Presenters
Distinguished Presenters,
Welcome to the 16th Asian Games! Please take note of the following steps to be followed when awarding medals to winners at the 16th Asian Games. We kindly ask that you read through and familiarize yourself with the procedures below:
1、Teams with 1 to 6 members
When the winning team is comprised of UP TO 6 members (from 1 to 6 members) medals and flowers handed out to each team member will be given by TWO presenters.
The procedure is as follows:
1). Athletes step up onto the podium.
2). Medal Presenter Mr. <insert name> / Ms. <insert name> (presenter A) is escorted by a female chaperone to the front to present the medals to the winners.
3) Presenter then returns to the waiting area.
4). Mr. <insert name> / Ms. <insert name> (presenter B) is escorted by a female chaperone to the front to present flowers to each of the winners.
5). Presenter then returns to the waiting area.
6). Medals and flowers must be awarded in the following order:
BRONZE,
SILVER,
GOLD

2、Teams with 7 to 17 members
When the winning team is comprised of 7 TO 17 members (from 7 to 17 members) medals and flowers handed out to each team member will be given by FOUR presenters.
The procedure is as follows:
1). Athletes step up onto the podium.
2). Medal Presenters Mr. <insert name> / Ms. <insert name> (Presenter A) & Mr. <insert name> / Ms. <insert name> (Presenter B) are escorted by female chaperones TOGETHER to the front to present the medals to the winners
3) Presenters then return to the waiting area.
4). Medal Presenters Mr. <insert name> / Ms. <insert name> (presenter C) & Mr. <insert name> / Ms. <insert name> (presenter D) are escorted by female chaperones TOGETHER to the front to present flowers to each of the winners.
5). Presenters then return to the waiting area.
6).Medals and flowers must be awarded in the following order:
BRONZE,
SILVER,
GOLD

We kindly ask our medal presenters to please take note of the locator map which shows your waiting and standing positions during the Medal Ceremony.

3、Teams with over 18 members
When the winning team is comprised of OVER 18 members (18 or more members) medals and flowers handed out to each team member will be given by SIX presenters.
The procedure is as follows:
1). Athletes step up onto the podium.
2). Medal Presenters Mr. <insert name> / Ms. <insert name> (Presenter A), Mr. <insert name> / Ms. <insert name> (Presenter B) & Mr. <insert name> / Ms. <insert name> (Presenter C) are escorted by female chaperones TOGETHER to the front to present the medals to the winners.
3) Presenters then return to the waiting area.
4). Medal Presenters Mr. <insert name> / Ms. <insert name> (presenter D), Mr. <insert name> / Ms. <insert name> (presenter E) & Mr. <insert name> / Ms. <insert name> (presenter F) are escorted by female chaperones TOGETHER to the front to present flowers to each of the winners.

你好，请允许我简要向您介绍广州亚运会的颁奖流程：颁奖仪式开始后，请您按照铜牌、金牌、银牌的顺序跟随礼仪人员依次进入颁奖场地；听到现场播报员念出您的名字时，请登上颁奖台，接受嘉宾颁发的奖牌和鲜花。升旗仪式开始时，请转身面向国旗，行注目礼。颁奖仪式结束后，请按照礼仪人员的指引离开仪式现场。

(二）颁奖流程介绍(英文版)
Dear Winners,
Welcome to the 16th Asian Games and congratulations!
Please take note of the following steps to be followed when receiving your medals during the Medals Ceremony for events won at the 16th Asian Games.

1. Please follow the female chaperones to the medals presentation area.
2. Please step up onto the podium when you hear your name and country/region called.
3. Medals will be awarded in the following order:
BRONZE
SILVER
GOLD
4. Receive your medal and flowers.
5. The GOLD　MEDALLIST’s / GOLD MEDALLISTs’ national/regional flag will be raised and the national/regional anthem will be played. Please stand facing the national/regional flag and show respect as the flag is being raised.
6. After the Medals Ceremony is completed, please follow the female chaperones off the podium and away from the presentations area.
