English³ Education is an advanced brand of children English training, which belongs to Top One Development Ltd. It is the first ‘Global Little Doctor’ dimensional English training institution, which focuses on the development of children early interests about English and global knowledge education. Introduce from British Jolly Phonics educate management system, which combines 7 years’ cooperate experience with global advanced educated institutions to provide the guild of standard British English pronunciation for Chinese children. Under the full English condition, multi-media interaction software, which is welcomed considerably by parents and children, is the support of education that depends on potential capability development to obtain English capability, thinking expression and creation that fully match with the potential capability. As international training institution, English³ Education provides three decisive conditions of early children English interests and realise global knowledge: Right and effective learning approach, English global knowledge present and realise, and the high quality service based on concept of joy first. Depending on Chinese children characteristics, English study similar to overseas environment is created for the aim of ‘happy training interest’ and ‘realise global knowledge’. Professional foreign teachers assist the personalised and self - teaching by face-to-face method. English³ Education’s course research system is formed via the course research department of training school, authentic global professors and abundant study materials. Jolly Phonics是一种综合性的（synthetic）英式自然拼音教学体系，在北美也称系统化的（systematic）自然拼音法，它让孩子在一年的学习中掌握英语读写的五大基础技能，帮助孩子轻松的记忆单词和学习读写。根据2003的统计数据，英国54%的小学在使用Jolly Phonics 。到2005年，英国有68%的小学用Jolly Phonics作为教材。2006年，英国出版了一份权威的小学教育报告Jim Rose Report，该报告倡议英国所有小学开设像Jolly Phonics这样综合性的自然拼音课程来提高学生的读写能力。
Jolly Phonics is a synthetic British natural spell break teaching system, which is called systematic natural spell break approach in North America. It results 5 English reading and writing skills during a year study period for children to help easy to memorise vocabularies and learn reading and writing. According to statistics in 2003, 54% British schools were using Jolly Phonics. Moreover, the number increased to 68% in 2005. In 2006, there was an authentic school educational report – Jim Rose Report that suggest all of British schools should use the synthetic natural course as Jolly Phonics to improve the reading and writing abilities of students.
