本使用说明书用于PYB900标准型，PYZ900中型，PYD900短头型圆锥破碎机。
This operating manul can be applied to PYB900 standard, PYZ900 medium, PYD900 short head cone crusher.
一、The purpose of the machine(机器的用途)
Æ900圆锥破碎机广泛应用在冶金工业、建筑工业、化学工业及硫酸盐厂业中，适用于破碎中等和中等以上硬度的各种矿石和岩石，如：铁矿石、铜矿石、石灰石、石英、花岗岩、砂岩等。
Φ900 cone crusher is widely used in metallurgical industry, building industry, chemical industry and sulfate plant industry, and it is suitable for crushing all kinds of ores and rocks of medium hardness and medium above , such as: iron ore, copper ore, limestone, quartz, granite, sandstone, etc.

四、机器的结构和组成 The structure and composition of the machine
1、圆锥破碎机工作时，电动机通过弹性联轴器，传动轴和一对锥齿轮带动偏心轴套转动，破碎圆锥心线在偏心套的适动下做旋摆运动。使破碎壁和扎臼壁时而靠近，时而远离，矿石在碎腔内不断的受到积压与冲击，而被破碎。
When it works, the motor driven eccentric sleeve rotates through flexible coupling, drive shaft and a pair of bevel gear , crushing cone center line makes spin pendulum movement under the proper action of the eccentric sleeve . So the broken wall and rolling acetabular wall sometimes close, sometimes far away, ore constantly being extrusion and impact, and was broken in the crushing cavity .
2,该机由机架、传动轴、偏心套、碗形轴承、破碎圆锥、支承套、调整套、进料、弹簧、弹性联轴器、润滑、电器等部分组成。

五、机器的安装 Installation of the machine
1、安装圆锥破碎机的厂房内，需有起重设备，以便在机器安装、维修时使用。起重机的起重能力可按表2选择。
The workhouse ,being installed cone crusher, needs for lifting equipment ,which can used during the process of installation and maintenance. The capacity of Crane can selected according to Table 2

2、 圆锥破碎机地基图如图1所示，该地基图供参考，用户可根据具体情况进行设计。

3、基础下部应有足够的空间，以便安装运输设备。The lower part of the foundation should have enough space for installation and transportation equipment
4、为了基础不受损坏，在基础上部，必须覆盖护板，该件由用户自备。In order to avoid damage the upper space of foundation must covered by guard ,which supplied by the user
5、润滑系统和电气操作的位置，用户可按具体情况改变位置，使其顺序不得变动。The location of the lubrication systems and electrical operation can be changed under specific circumstances.But it may not change its order.

6、6、机架得安装（图2）The installation of the frame
（1）安装机架时，在地脚螺栓附近用8～12组垫板，楔铁支撑调整其水平度和垂直度，水平度以机架的环行加工面为基准，用水平仪测量其偏差不大于0.1毫米/米，垂直度以机架的衬套中心为基准，用悬锤法测量。When installing the frame, 8 to 12 groups of pallets must be used near the anchor bolt, wedge support its horizontal and vertical adjustment, level degrees marked by the rack ring machined surface, measure the deviation of a level no greater than 0.1 mm / m, vertical rack bushing to the center as a reference measurement method netsuke.

7、传动轴的安装 The installation of the drive shaft
（1）安装传动轴时，应在机架与传动轴的凸缘之间垫上垫片，如图3所示。轴向窜动量为0.4～0.8mm。

（2）电动机与传动轴中心偏差不得大于0.15mm。The deviation of Motor and drive shaft center not greater than 0.15mm

8、偏心套的安装 The installation of eccentric sleeve
（1）装入偏心套前，先将垫片组装在托盖上，并用吊钩（安装工具）将底托盘装在机架下端，然后再用此吊钩将圆盘、中圆盘、下圆盘一次装在底托盖上，并使下圆盘的凸起和底托盖的凹处卡好，如图4所示。Before loading eccentric sleeve, the gasket must be assembled on the cover, and the bottom tray will be installed in the lower of frame by hook (installation tools), and then use this hook to mix the disc, middle disc and the bottom disc on the bottom tray, and make the convex of disc mix with the concave of bottom tray, as shown in figure 4.

（2）如图5所示，将偏心套装配好，然后将偏心套装入机架中心孔内，装入时，要落稳，不要使锥齿轮受到撞击，吊装时应用锥齿轮上吊耳。After mix the eccentric sleeve well,then put it into the center hole of the frame steadily,don't hit the bevel gear. the application in hoisting bevel gear hanging ears.

（3）偏心套装好后，大小锥齿轮的外端面必须对齐（如图6所示），检查锥齿轮啮合间隙，锥齿轮齿侧间隙A=3～3.7mm，齿顶间隙B=6.2mm。After the eccentric packages, the size of the outer end surface of the bevel gear must be aligned (Figure 6), check the clearance of bevel gear, bevel gear backlash A = 3 ~ 3.7mm,The tip clearance of the gear B = 6.2mm

9、碗形轴承的安装Installation of Bowl-shaped bearing
（1）碗形轴承架应与机架配合紧密，并用塞尺检查水平接触面的紧密情况（如图7所示）。
（2）安装碗形轴承时，应注意保护进水管、排水管、防护圈、防尘圈、密封球面等，避免装入时碰坏。
（3）安装破碎圆锥前，须在球面密封沟槽内填满润滑脂。
(1) Bowl bearing frame should be fit closely with the rack and close the case with a feeler gauge to check the level of the contact surface (Figure 7).
(2) When installing bowl bearings, you should pay attention to the protection of the inlet pipe, drainage, protection rings, wiper rings, sealed spherical, etc., to avoid loading break something.
(3) Before installation of the crushing cone, sphere must be filled with grease sealed in the trenches.

10、破碎圆锥的安装
（1）清除涂在主轴与躯体球面上的保护油层，并用风吹净润滑油孔及油沟。
（2）在主轴锥部涂一层润滑脂，躯体球面上涂一层机械油。
（3）装入破碎圆锥时，要轻轻放入偏心套中，使球面与碗形轴瓦接触，注意避免损坏环形圈和保护圈（如图8所示）。起吊破碎圆锥部时，可以用吊环螺钉（装箱件）起吊，也可以把分配盘连接螺栓拿掉两条，用坐起吊孔。
（4）装入破碎圆锥时，需要用压铅方式检查图示最终间隙，该间隙设定值为2～2.5mm。如果实际不符合设定值，可通过增加或减少垫片组进行调整。
10.The installation of the crushing cone
1)Clean the protective coating oil on the spindle and the sphere body, and blow net the oil lubrication hole and grooves.
2)Coat with grease in the spindle taper portion, and coat the somatic sphere with machinery oil.
3)When loading the crushing cone, gently place it in the eccentric to make the spherical close contact with the bowl shape bearing. This can avoid damaging the annular ring and protective ring(Illustrated in Figure 8).When lifting the crushing cone, you can use the screw ring(packing pieces),and you can also remove two assign disk connection bolts to use the sitting type lifting hole.
4)When loading the crushing cone, you need to check the illustrated end gap in the lead pressing method. The size of the gap is set at 2 to 2.5 mm. If the actual value does not match the settings, it can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing gaskets.

11、支承套的安装Installation of support sleeve

在安装支承套前，先将锯齿形螺纹内的脏物清除，并检查螺纹是否有损坏之处，如发现有应立即修正。 Before the installation of support leave, you should firstly clean the dirty in the serrated thread and check whether there are ware out of thread, if there is some wearing out, correct immediately.

12、弹簧的安装The installation of spring
调整弹簧工作高度标准型H=372mm,如图9所示。Adjust the standard spring working height at H=372mm, as illustrated in Figure 9.

13、水封防尘装置的安装The installation of water sealed dustproof device

（1）水封防尘装置的安装如图10所示，而图10所包括的零部件均由用户自备，用户也可采用其他的供水方式。用水量不宜过大，否则发生油水混合导致润滑系统油质变坏；用水量约20毫升/分。
（2）安装水管时，必须避免被矿石打击和磨损。
（3）进水管和排水管要安装紧密，并且要容易拆卸。
（4）进水管路上应设有调整水量的阀。
（5）当机器停止工作时，应在进水管处设有能使全部排出水槽中水的装置。
（6）排水管接近贮水箱处，应设有一个便于检查的喇叭口接水管。

1)The installation of water sealed dustproof is illustrated in the Figure 10.All the spare parts and accessories in Figure 10 should be prepared by the users. The user can also choose another way of water supply. The water consumption should not be too much, otherwise the occurrence of oil-water mixture will make the oil quality of the lubrication system change bad. The water consumption should be about 20 ml/min.
2) When installing pipes, you must avoid it being hit and abraded by ores.
3) Inlet pipes and drain pipes should be installed in close, and ensure that it is easy to disassemble.
4)There should be a valve to adjust the water flow along the inlet pipes.
5)When the machine stops working, you should set a device that can drain all the water from the sink at the inlet pipes place.
6)At the place that the drain pipe is close to the sink, you should set a bell shape connection pipe that easy to check.

14、润滑装置的安装The installation of lubrication device
在安装破碎圆锥之前，应先完成润滑装置的安装，以便进行润滑装置的实验，如果润滑方面发生故障拆卸修理都方便。
注：上述各部分安装完成后，应立即空运转实验，检查安装是否合乎要求，空运转实验要求详见第六章。Before the installation of crushing cone, you should finish the installation of lubrication device to conduct the experiment of lubrication device. If there is some malfunction in the lubrication device, it is convenient to disassemble and repair.
Note: When finish the installation of the above, you should conduct the empty running experiment immediately to check whether the installation is proper or not. The detailed requirements of empty running experiment is in Chapter 6.

15、调整套的安装The installation of adjustment sleeve
（1）安装前，必须清除锯齿形螺纹内的脏物，修整运输中损坏的地方。检查扎臼壁和锌合金紧固情况。（2）往支承套锯齿形螺纹里，装调整环时，可使用滑车，如图11所示。
（3）排矿口间隙的调整。用户可按需要调整好。
但间隙尺寸必须在规定的范围内如表3所示，
然后拧紧连接调整环的拉紧螺栓。

1)Before installation, you should clean the dirty in the serrated thread and repair the damaged place in the transportation process. Check the fastening situation of the rolling acetabula wall and zinc alloy.
2) In the serrated thread of the support sleeve, when install the adjustment ring, you can use the pulley. As illustrated in Figure 11.
3)When adjust the output mineral opening gap, you should adjust according to the requirements. However, the size of the gap should be set in the standard range as illustrated in Table 3. Then tighten the tension bolts that connect with the adjustment ring.

16、给料装置的安装Installation of feeding device
为了使矿石均匀的进入破碎空间必须正确的安装给料装置（如图12所示）。给料装置用户自备。
In order to insure stone get into crushing space properly ,you should choose correct installed device (Figure 12). Customer should make feeding device by themselves.

六、机器的试车The machine test
（一） 空运转实验Empty Operation Experiments
1、圆锥破碎机启动前，要检查主要连接处紧固情况，用手转动该机至少使偏心套转动2-3圈，应灵活、无卡住现象，方可开车。Before starting cone crusher, you need check the main junction fastening tightly and make eccentric locking collar rotate at least 2-3 laps to insure machine could be flexible rotation without stuck phenomenon before driving.
2、启动前，先开动油泵，直到各润滑点得到润滑油后，方可开动圆锥破碎机。Before starting, firstly start the pump. After the oil lubrication points obtained,then you could start cone crusher.
3、空运转实验连续运转不得少于2小时。Empty running experiments can not be less than two hours of continuous operating.
4、空运转实验应符合下列要求Empty running the experiment should meet the following requirements:
（1）破碎圆锥绕其中心线自转的转数不得超过15r/min。
（2）锥齿轮不得有周期性的噪音。
（3）给油压力应在0.08～0.15Mpa范围内。
（4）回油温度不得超过50℃
（5）试验后,拆卸时圆锥破碎机各摩擦部分不应发生贴铜、烧伤和磨损等现象。
(1) Rotation of Cone crusher rotating around its center line shall not exceed 15r/min.
    (2) There shall be no bevel gears periodic noise.
    (3) Pressure of feeding oil should be within the range of 0.08 ~ 0.15Mpa.
    (4) Temperature of oil returning must be not exceed 50 ℃
    (5) After the test, when disassembling cone crusher, phenomena of burns and wear should not be occurred.
5、若破碎圆锥转数产生不良现象，应当立即停车，进行检查修正。同时检查给油量，然后重新试验。
if the number of revolutions of cone crusher has undesirable phenomenon, it should stop immediately and check machine. Also check for fuel, and then re-test.

6、锥齿轮如有周期性噪音，必须检查锥齿轮的正确性，并且检查锥齿轮间隙。
if bevel gear has periodic noise , bevel gear must be checked for correctness, and check the space of bevel gear.
