How I keep Fit
As the pace of modern life continues quickly，people are beginning to attach much more importance to their health. I think everyone has his own methods to keep healthy, the key is that we should make a health plan which is suit for us. And I would like to tell you the ways I followed to keep my body in a good state.
As the old saying goes，life depends on exercise. And research shows that getting plenty of exercise make the heart beat faster and the lungs work harder. This strengthens the heart, reduces the chance of heart attack, and helps lower blood pressure. So it is absolutely necessary for me to take some exercise every day. Playing table tennis and badminton is my favorite sports, and I often running if I am free.
What’s more, I allow myself at least eight hours of sleep each day and have a nap at noon if time permits. The other important thing is that I stay away from bad life habits, such as smoking and overdrinking ,which severely damage the body organs.
And last but not least, I hold an optimistic outlook on life, fearing no difficulties and obstacles, and always being in high spirits.
We should try every means to keep fit, so we can greet the future, which is full of competition and challenges, and strive to achieve our ambitions energetically.

E-books or Paper Books?
Nowadays, more and more people are reading e-books. With it, there raises a heated debate about whether e-books will replace traditional paper books. In my opinion, I prefer paper books than e-books.
First and foremost, too much time of staring at the computer or cellphone screen can cause eyestrain or increase radiation risks. On the contrary, reading a paper book makes us feel more comfortable. Second, paper books can be preserved for a long time while sometimes we have to delete some e-books to enlarge the space of our electronic products. Last but not least, it is more convenient to mark on a paper book so that we can recall our former thoughts the next time we read the same book.
In a word, though it seems e-books cope better with the fast pace of our modern life, I still would choose the paper ones since it brings me the real and irreplaceable feeling of reading.

My Favorite Job
Whenever people ask me what I would like to do in the future, my answer is always the same, “To be a teacher.”Teaching has been my favorite job all the same. My dream of being a teacher was rooted in my childhood.
The good natured, patient and strict teachers in primary school made a strong impression on me. As I grow up, I know more about my desired job. Teachers are the engineers of human soul. That is to say, they play key roles in the forming and shaping of students’ intellectual and psychological make-up. Teachers are lifelong learners while instructing students. Nowadays governments at all levels put more stress on the roles of education in this information society, versatile teachers are urgently needed.
To be a qualified teacher in the new century, I must prepare right now. Rosy dreams and firm will can’t be automatically translated into teaching methods and job skills. In short, I will make efforts to do my favorite job well.
