1、 目的
对公司产品从与客户有合作意向开始，直至最终产品交付后的技术服务的每一个环节都有明确的控制和管理，确保产品满足客户及食品安全和相关法律、法规的需求。

2、 范围
公司所有产品。

3、 工作程序及相关部门职责
3.1 在销售部与客户联系有合作意向或潜在合作意向时，即应获取客户的需求资料，同时联络品质管理部、工艺技术部、印前部、包装设计室等相关部门进行技术准备。
a. 工艺技术部根据客户产品需求，进行新材料使用或立项开发、并最终制定客户的产品标准和产品工艺。
b. 品质管理部根据客户产品内容物性质进行包装适宜性试验。
c. 包装设计室根据客户需求对印刷图案/版面进行设计或修改，交客户确认。
d. 印前部根据客户需求制作铁样并交客户确认，及其进行样张、菲林、PS板的管理。
3.2 在签订正式合同前，销售部应按照《合同评审控制程序》了解客户的基本要求，工艺技术部配合销售部完成对客户技术要求的确认。
3.3 根据确认情况，销售部组织相关部门依《合同评审控制程序》，对合同（商务条款、技术要求等）内容进行评审。通过合同评审，由销售部与客户签订正式合同；未通过评审部分，与客户沟通解决。
3.4 在与客户签订合同后，销售部应明确客户的具体订单需求，据此向生产计划部、工艺技术部下达销售生产指令。当客户有特殊或指定物料要求时，销售部应将相关需求及时联系相关部门评审，落实采购中心进行物料的采购准备。
3.5 生产计划部和工艺技术部根据销售生产指令分别依《生产计划控制程序》、《技术工艺控制程序》制定生产计划、生产指令、工艺规程指令，并下达至制造、品控等相关部门。
3.6 工厂根据生产计划、生产指令、工艺要求进行生产，并负责过程控制。
3.7 品控部根据检验规程和工艺标准要求进行过程检验及过程产品质量标识。
3.8 品质管理部根据检验规程和工艺标准要求进行成品出货检验。
3.9 经检验合格产品由储运部入库/防护；不合格产品根据《不合格品控制程序》处理。
3.10 根据客户需求，由销售部下达发货指令通知发货。由储运部联系承运商将产品交付客户，并对装卸和承运商进行管理和监督。
3.11 在与客户合作过程中，如客户有需要，销售部应联系品质管理部，由品质管理部组织向客户提供技术支持；在产品交付后，客户有质量抱怨，由品质管理部组织处理客户抱怨和投诉；按计划由品质管理部配合销售部对客户进行回访和客户满意度调查、情况反馈。
