responsibility with respect to the use of the Machine and Components by Buyer,and manufacturer shall not incur any liability or S eller to Buyer for any failure in for any damage to parts,machines,business premises or other property of Buyer,or fbr any other incidental or consequential damages that may be caused by a malfunction of the Machine or
