I knew Beyonce since the year 2005 when I was a sophomore. The first time I saw her music video, I was totally blown away by her powerful vocal, vigorous, perfectly executed dance moves! Beyonce has numerous hits such as "Déjà Vu", "Irreplaceable" "Beautiful Liar Single Ladies, Crazy in Love etc.
Beyonce’s music is generally contemporary R&B, but she also incorporates pop, funk, hip hop, and soul genres into her work.

BEE possesses a wide vocal range that spans more than three octaves. No one—not R. Kelly, not Usher, to say nothing of her rival pop divas—can match Beyoncé's genius for dragging her vocal lines against a hip-hop beat. Even when she's coasting, she soars above her imitators. It's all in her voice—a superhuman instrument capable of punctuating any beat with goose-bump-inducing whispers or full-bore diva-roars. Smitten, scorned, amorous, antagonistic—Beyoncé sings from all of these vantage points with undeniable virtuosity.

In the year 2009, Beyonce started her second world tour “I am Sasha Fierce…”, I got the chance to watch her concert in Beijing. It was one of the unforgotten moments I have ever had in my life. She was sexy, seductive and provocative when performing on stage as the music videos, showcased her powerful vocals without missing a note, often while engaged in vigorous, perfectly executed dance moves. The concert was like a super big party, over 15,000 people in the stadium. People were singing, screaming and dancing all the time. Beyonce brought her all-female tour band Suga Mama, which includes bassists, drummers, guitarists, horn players and keyboardists, which is one of the reasons I admire her so much. She brings her band every single time when she performs, even just sing a solo and she say thank you to her band on the stage every single time after the performance. She is so talented and humble. She certainly proved that she is one of the most exciting and talented performers around and may well go down in history as such.

All her success comes from not only talent and hard-working. Her hard-working is well-known. This is another major reason that I like her. I am always encouraged and inspired by watching her music videos and listening to her songs. She is a legend.

I would like to talk sth about one of my private English teacher and also my friend, Sophia. She was my sister’s classmate in an American University, and came to china with my sister in summer vacation. I was a little child with curiosity about everything. I often went for them and asked what America was like. She is informative cuz she can answer all my questions patiently when my sister was busy with other things, and also tell me a lot of interesting stories about other countries. She has been to many places like France, uk in Europe and definitely America. She can speak not only English, French, but a little Chinese, Japanese. We often go out together, she took photos everywhere and she is enthusiasm to anyone and energetic anytime, it seems there are no such words like shy and tired in her dictionary. During the time she stayed here, she taught me a lot of experience when she learnt foreign languages and trained me with my oral English and writing. To some extent, she is my private English teacher for free. After a few weeks, she went to Japan and now she’s become a real English teacher in china but not here. She is not only my teacher but an elder friend. We still often chat on the internet and she ask me to go abroad studying or travelling to know more about other different places all over the world. It is really a good advice for me. I still remember her words” The world is waiting for you.”

There are many traditional festivals in China and of the most important ones is the Mid-autumn festival, which is a day for family reunion in China because we highly value the idea of strong family ties. This festival is on the 15th of August according to the Chinese lunar calendar. On that day, many people will go back home as they finish their work or study. One of the family members will cook fabulous food and they have dinner together. After the dinner, they will take their tables and chairs out and sit under a tree to enjoy the full moon, which most of the time is extremely bright on that day. At the same time, they will have some fresh fruits such as grapes, and the most important traditional food-moon cakes. In China, we celebrate this festival because of a legend. We believe that there was a girl names Chang Er. In order to become a fairy, she left her husband and flew to the moon. She got an eternal life but she was very lonely. Her favorite food was moon cakes, so we have moon cakes in honor of her.

4. Electronic equipment/ Computer
I would like to describe my Apple ipad. You can e-mail, browse the Web, read books–and yet it has no specialty. There are other devices on the market that do all its functions faster, cheaper and more efficiently. Get an Amazon Kindle to read an e-book, a Blackberry to scan e-mails or any old laptop to access the Internet.
The iPad takes online activities truly mobile. It will allow you to read the news in bed, play multiplayer scrabble on any surface, check a recipe in a busy kitchen or view a large-scale Google map.
The most important to me is a traditional computer without all the fuss. There are no cords, and it’s totally mobile. You press a button and it comes on in seconds. To add a program, you just download it from the Internet. There is no file directory, so you won’t be confused with file locations.
Since almost everyone uses a computer in the office or at school, the need for the traditional desktop model at home is vanishing. You can download anything you need from app store, like games, software, books, even the speacial ipad mode website by some clothes’ brand such as Chanel, Dior, H&M, Zara etc. I like its powerful functions.

Last weekend I went hiking in Zhang Jiajie, Hunan Province with my friends. Lots to see on the way .HIKING might be very tiring. But what we saw on the way was great fun. we took a trip along a 7500-meter long, in ZJJ, we found how interesting hiking can be! Big trees grow along both sides of the road. The leave are so thick, that they stop the sunshine from getting through. When we walked, it was like walking in the late afternoon. After a while our legs started to get heavy. Mountain roads are only short on maps. They start to get longer when you have to measure them with your own feet. Big rocks with flat tops were all around. Tall trees got shelter from the sun. A small clear pond lied beside the road. It’s a perfect place for taking a rest! We found a cool place and sat down, looked down into the pond, we could see not only the swimming fish, but also the color of the stone on the riverbed because the water is so clean. But my friend warned me don’t fall into the water, The pond is set to be deep as 3 meters. We found a shallow place and put our feet in, the coolness helped us wash the times way. Time flies quickly, before we knew it, it was already late afternoon, we left the pond and I’m expecting to go there next time!

My favorite room in my home is, definitely, my own bedroom. Stepping into my room, you’ll notice there is a small cabinet in which there are many ties of different colors. Besides that, my room is furnished with a single bed, a computer desk and a wardrobe. I have a soft rug on the floor, because I like to walk around bare-foot, and sometimes, just lie down on the floor to read. A large calendar and posters of my favorite stars are posted on the wall. On my computer desk, there are some presents sent by my dear friends on my birthdays. A sense of joy will be felt when they come into my eyes. Beside my bed, there is a small bookcase, in which my favorite books, including Chinese history, western culture, law books and so on are displayed. Everyday before I go to bed, I read something. Yes, there is also a mirror behind the wooden door. Every morning when I’m ready to leave, I’m used to standing in front of it and smile to myself and yell out “Come on! Make today another wonderful day!”

I am a huge fan of Heidi Klum, so here I would like to talk about her. Klum was born in Germany, she has been on the cover of fashion magazines, including Vogue, ELLE. Then she went to New York to develop her career. She became widely for her work with Victoria's Secret as an "Angel". Klum has hosted 5 times of Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. She is the most suitable person to host the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show because she is a model herself, she is so experienced in model and fashion field. Every time she comes out as a host of this show, she brings with big smile and elegant modeling. Her presence makes the show more brilliant. People would blown away by watching her show and her modeling.
While she is also the host of an American reality television fashion show called Project Runway. The contestants compete with each other to create the best clothes and are usually restricted in time, materials and theme. Their designs are judged, and one or more designers are eliminated each week. Instead of the big smile on V SHOW, she has a strict and sometimes even cruel attitude to the contestants. Because she acts as both a host and a judge in P R. She always says to the competitors in the show that” In fashion, one day you are in, the next day you are out.” Because Fashion and beauty are areas in which the market has always paid attention to alphas and betas – creators and early adopters – seeking inspiration in that target to steer the creation of concepts and ideas relevant to their businesses. It always remind me that the society is the same, in the society, or in your working field, one day you’re in, the next day you’re out. It drives me work harder to catch up the changing society and the work pace. Any successful person has paid a lot behind the scene, and I see hard-working and get encouraged from Heidi Klum. That is why I like her and her show.

The best cook I know is one of my friends. We got to know each other about 2 years ago, and I got to know him from a birthday party of my friend. From then on, he always invites us to enjoy the food he cooks. He is good at cooking all kinds of food, like spicy food, salty food and sour food. Whenever we go to his home, he will ask us first what kind of food that we like. He told us that he had never been to the cooking school, and he learned to cook by himself. We think that he has a gift on cooking. Sometimes we go to some famous restaurants together, and if we like a dish, he will try cooking it at home and the taste is exactly the same. I often go to his home on weekends to enjoy the delicacy, and now I become really picky. I don’t like the food cooked by others. I told him that my appetite was spoiled. Anyway, if you have the chance to taste the food by him, I am sure you will like it.

I would like to work in a famous bank or a big security company in New York cuz you know the wall street is there although it may be not as crowded as ever, it is my dream to work there since I saw the movie wall street. I really touched by it, cuz it reveals that even though you’re a billionaire at the moment, you may also go broke in just a few minutes, it is life that is full of sth unknown, you’ll never know what would happen next. It is the first time I feel that it can be so excited that work as a economist in the wall street. I know it is a hard work you will feel breathless under great pressure, but it can also bring great sense of accomplishment when you generate revenue for your group and yourself and other people you don’t even know which could help them a lot. So I chose the major finance in university and now I want to get further education overseas in uk which would bring me a lot of theoretical knowledge about international finance。 that can make my dream get closer, I reckon. I can still remember that saying” if you love someone, send him to new York cuz new York is a heaven, or if you hate someone, send him to new York cuz new York is a hell.”

The new law I wanna say is Tax Law. In china ,government increasing the tax threshold from 2000 to 3000 yuan. I think it is very good and beneficial to the cittizens. Currently china is under a high speed development ,the market is getting more and more open and the price is increasing at a staggering rate .but income is still at previous level. If the threshold of tax law is still at 2000. General population will not have enough money to spend. But if the threshold increase to 3000,I think ,It’s means that we can spend more and buy more supplies what we need. For instance ,we can buy flats and cars through installment and our children could get better education. such as my parent could provide opportunity for me to pursue the master degree in UK. You know ,study in UK is very expensive So I think the new tax law is good.

13. Modern building
I would like to talk about CCTV building. CCTV is a national TV station. It represents the voice of Chinese government and the citizens.
CCTV building is located in the eastern part of Beijing. The unique thing is that it looks like a pair of shorts. I don’t know what the designer was thinking when he designed the building. But it’s a perfect interpretation in gravitation. It is 100meters high, covered with blue glasses, it looks amazing especially when the sun shines it.
CCTV has 16 channels, so it has 16 departments as well every channel broadcasts different contents. Such as CCTV8 is TV serial channel. As well as CCTV6 is movie channel and CCTV11 is opera channel.
