Surface treatment: shot blasting to Sa2。5，zinc rich epoxy paint. 2 primer paint and 2 finish paint .total dry film thickness 125 um. Spraying fireproof painting on surface, for column 2 hours and beam 1。5 hours.
次结构包括：屋面檩条、围梁、门窗开口加强等，工厂轧制成C型、Z型截面，工厂预冲孔.Secondary structure included purlins, girts， roof opening and wall opening reinforcement， prepunched and rolled to C or Z section on factory machine.
材质：热浸镀锌卷材，Q345或相当牌号,大型钢厂出品或进口。Material ： hot-dipped galvanized steel coil， Q345 or equivalent, from the major domestic steel mills or imported。
支撑系统：bracing sys
包括X型柱间支撑、屋面支撑、拉条及隅撑等。采用圆钢、钢管或角钢等。
Bracing sys includes X bracing between columns, roof bracing， tie rods and angle bracing。 Round bars， steel tubes or angle profiles are used.
屋面系统：roof sys
屋面外板：采用通过美国FM认证打开色镀锌SS360直立锁缝板，卷板为宝钢出品，24Ga厚，正常使用寿命为20年。

屋面保温棉：采用欧文斯—科宁(Owens—corning）公司生产的结构用玻璃棉毡，厚度为75mm容重为14K/M3，WR8贴面.
Roof insulation： fiber glass insulation blanket from Owens –corning, thickness is 75mm， 14Kg/m3， WR8 facing。
屋面采光板：单层,基本均匀布置，屋面面积的2％
Roof skylight panel: single layered，2%area of roof, evenly allocated。
过廊部分的屋面板：单层，无保温,材质同外墙面板。
Roof panel in corridor area： single layered color plate without insulation, same panel with exterior wall panel.
墙面系统:wall sys
墙面外板：采用通过美国FM认证的LSP板，卷板为宝钢出品，彩色镀铝锌板，PVDF涂层，26Gamm厚。正常使用情况下的寿命为20年。
Exterior wall panel： FM certificated shanghai ABC's long span panel (LSP). Raw material is alum—zinc steel from Baosteel with PVDF coating, 26Ga thickness. warranty period is 20 years in normal use.
墙面保温棉:采用欧文斯—科宁）（Owens—corning）公司生产的结构用玻璃棉毡,厚度为75mm，容重为12Kg/m3,贴面为铝箔(aluminum foil）。
Wall insulation： fiberglass insulation blanket from Owens-corning, thickness is 75mm，12Kg/m3, FSK facing.
墙面内板：上海美建生产的LSP3板，材料为宝钢出品，彩色镀锌板，PE涂层，28Ga厚.
Interior wall insulation ： ShangHai ABC's LSP3 panel. Raw material is galvanized steel from Baosteel with PE coating， 28Ga thickness.
雨棚：材质同外墙壁面板，单层,其中:卸货棚的30m＊10。75m（宽＊长，下同)一个大雨棚为拉杆式雨棚;1m＊2。2m的悬挑雨棚5个，1。2m＊5.1m悬挑雨棚1个。

Parapet： double layered color plate without insulation; exterior side has the same material with exterior wall panel and interior side with exterior roof panel. The parapet has the same slope with roof around new workshop building, with the height of 400mm。

收边系统:包括山墙收边、檐口收边、门洞收边、屋脊收边等，材料为镀铝锌板。
