In consideration of the fact that Party A is a (Company/Individual) engaged in network business and conducts business activities relying on the network; Party B is a network security service provider with rich experience in security protection and strong technical capabilities. After friendly negotiation, the two parties have reached the following agreement on the network security protection matters of Party A:
Article 1 Service Content
1.1 Party B provides network security protection services to Party A, including but not limited to network vulnerability scanning, security rating assessment, data encryption, security monitoring, etc.
1.2 Party A shall cooperate with Party B to carry out the necessary security protection work and provide technical support and cooperation.
Article 2 Service Period
2.1 This contract shall take effect from the date of signature by both parties and shall expire on the XX day of XX month, XXXX.
2.2 Before the service period expires, the contract can be renewed by mutual agreement.
Article 3 Confidentiality Clause

1.1 Party B provides network security technology support services to Party A, including but not limited to network security consultation, vulnerability repair, network intrusion detection, security reinforcement, etc.
