After friendly negotiation, the two parties have reached the following agreement on the prevention and control of pollutants that may be generated during the production process of Party B:
**I. Scope of Work**
1.1 Party A is responsible for monitoring the pollutants such as exhaust gas and wastewater that may be generated during Party B's production process and formulating corresponding remediation plans.
