Whereas Party A has rich cultural and artistic resources and marketing experience, and Party B has outstanding artistic creativity and performance talents, both parties, in order to jointly explore the market, further promote the development of cultural and artistic undertakings, have reached the following agreement on cooperation matters:
I. Cooperation Content:
1. Party A will organize and plan the art exhibitions and performance activities of Party B's works and provide marketing support.
2. Party B will actively cooperate and participate in various cooperative activities in accordance with Party A's arrangements and guidance, and ensure the quality and performance effect of the works.
II. Cooperation Period:
This cooperation agreement shall come into effect from the date of signing by both parties and shall be valid for one year. Upon expiration, both parties may continue the cooperation if there is no objection.
III. Mode of Cooperation:
1. Both parties shall follow the principle of friendly cooperation, discuss and formulate cooperation plans together to ensure smooth cooperation.
2. Both parties shall abide by the obligations stipulated in the cooperation agreement and shall not change or terminate the agreement without authorization.
IV. Rights and Obligations:

V. Default Liability:

2. The party unable to perform the contract due to force majeure shall be exempted from liability, but shall notify the other party promptly and make efforts to minimize the losses.
VI. Other Matters:
