4、入设计中,旨于寻求水乡予人的本源认知和初始印象纯真自然,生态原始。项目以“风吹荷动”为设计概念。设计灵感源自古劳水乡荷塘水道的行船体验。炎炎夏日,在荷叶丛中看着风吹荷动,感受着微风拂面,使人轻松惬意。宾客中心立体化抽象了荷叶褶皱的肌理,为四方宾客营造了驻足停留、远眺西江,以及放松冥想的公共休憩空间,并打破荷叶原有的均质感,根据场地景观价值需求以及视觉焦点,进行“有机修剪”,缔造出一个规整且灵动的趣味空间。建筑整体由“上观景区、中休憩区、下展览区”3个尺度截然不同的空间组合而成,外观简洁清晰,内行步移景异。屋顶采用当地的天然材料麻绳来遮阳,保证建筑完整性的同时,将地域生态材料用现代悬挂的方式呈现

10、ral texture surrounding the piers.As the start-ing point of the whole water town ecological area,the Gulou Waterfront Eco-cultural Tourism Resort Guest Center(hereinafter referred to as the“Guest Center”)aims at inheriting the ecological and natural characteristics of the regional water town and act
11、ivating and deducing the image of the water town.Based on the original ecological elements with local characteristics in Gulou,architects extracted many local genes and inserted them into the proj-ect,aiming to seek the original cognition and initial impression of the water townpure nature and ecolo
12、gical primitive.The design concept is generated from lotus shaking under light breeze.The design inspiration is derived from the sailing experience of lotus pond waterway in Gulou Waterfront.In hot weather,the wind blowing in the lotus and the breeze on face make visitors feel relaxed.The Guest Cent
13、er abstracts the folds of lotus leaf in 3 dimensions,cre-ating a public rest space for guests to stay,overlook the Xijiang River,relax and meditate.Breaking the original uniform texture of lotus leaves according to the site landscape value needs and visual focus,“organic pruning”is adopted as a meth
14、od to create a neat,flexible and interesting space.The Guest Center is composed of 3 distinct scales:viewing area on the top,rest area in the mid-dle and exhibition area on the bottom.The appear-ance is simple and clear,and the scenery is different when walking inside.The roof uses local natural mat
15、erialhemp rope to shade the sunlight.While ensuring the integrity of the building,the regional ecological material is presented in the form of modern suspension,which enhances the appreciation of the viewing layer and makes the whole building a beautiful scenery.The building can also draw the light
16、upward from the bottom,creating the space for meditation and quiet thinking.Standing there and watching the floating clouds,one can forget the noise of the outside world and focus on the pure horizon.The Guest Center selects the local traditional materials to deduce the new architectural form,cre-at

19、020.5建造周期2020.52021.12摄影胡康榆上古劳圩滨水商业街是华侨城古劳水乡旅游区的核心产品之一。这是一个漂浮在水上的全新融合式场景体验文化步行街区,以九大商行、渔商文化为主线,融合古劳乡趣和传统趁圩特色,呈现 700 年水乡渔商盛景。商业街以“百年古劳圩”为主题,基于古劳的记忆一书,提取了书中提到的最具特色的几条商业街道,植入规划。规划结构为“一轴三街两广场”,“三街”分别为东来大街、咏春街、茶行街;“两广场”则分别是民俗广场和水广场。商业街以传统岭南建筑为基调,结合广场上点式的南洋风建筑,让游客在咫尺繁华间获得穿越年代的体验,远离城市,沉浸式地感受水乡人家“趁圩”乡趣。设计按照
20、适宜人行走的距离设置街道结构,每个街区的长度控制在 115135m,广场的长度控制在3045m,形成良好的游走节奏。通过实地调研,建筑师提取了当地古村落的空间形式:广场、院、街、巷。商业街设计以“张弛有度”的游览体验为导向,“张”的空间是由双边商业所定义的街巷,游客通过小巷、码头隐约能看到水,听到水声;“驰”的空间是由单边商业所定义的广场空间,游客可在较开阔的区域临水、触水。古劳的一切因水而起、因水而息,故本项目充分要发挥“水”这一重要元素的特性。在尊重原有围墩水网肌理的前提下,商业街依水而建,呈现岛居的模式,让水的肌理渗透到商业街区内。商业街的滨水设计从北向南,层层递进,与水的关系以多种形式
21、呈现,如主街以古村水系为参考,设置活水水渠或古井;建筑临水侧设置亲水挑板;水面设置亲水平台,游客可拾级而下,近距离接触水景。相较于城市集中开发的商业项目,这里希望呈现的是一种远离城市生活的闲暇。在西江畔筑起繁华之上、自然之间,人们既能感受到水乡的“趁圩”之乐,又能一揽乡趣生活的诗意。1572022.12 建筑实践ArchitecturalPracticeUpper Gulouxu Waterfront Commercial Street(hereinafter referred to as the“Street”)is one of the core products of OCT Gulou
22、 Waterfront Eco-Cultur-al Tourism Resort.Designed as a cultural pedestrian street floating on the water,it integrates diverse scenes to create a fantastic waterfront experience.Centered on 9 time-honored commercial firms and the traditional fishery business and culture,the project brings together be
23、autiful rural sceneries,countryside delights and traditional marketplace of Gulou,to present a new look of the fishing town which has thrived for 700 years.“Hundred-year-old Gulouxu”is the main theme of the Street.Based on the record and description from the book Memories of Gulou,some scenes of the
24、 most characteristic commercial streets were selected and integrated in the project.The structure is designed to consist of“one axis,three streets and two squares”.The“three streets”are the Donglai Street,the Yongchun Street,and the Tea Shops Street.The“two squares”are the Customs Square and the Wat
25、er Square.The traditional style of Lingnan architecture is in-herited and recreated in the project.Nanyang-style buildings are designed as the planning node space and visual conversion points.The Street allows tourists to travel through time,experience the pros-perity of the past ages,escape from th
26、e hustle and bustle of city life,and have an immersive experience of the traditional marketplace of Gulou Waterfront.The structure of the streets is designed to suit a proper walking distance.Each block is about 115135 m long and in between the block plazas are planned with a dimension of 3045 m,cre
27、ating an optimum rhythm.Architects studied the local ancient villages and extracted 4 spatial forms from it:square,courtyard,street and lane.The Street is designed as a rhythmic space in which“tension”alternates with“relaxation.”The“tension”space is composed of streets and lanes flanked by shops and
28、 stores on both sides.From lanes and docks,tourists can vaguely see the water and hear the sound of water.The“relaxation”space is composed of squares flanked by shops and stores on one side.It is a more open area that allows tourists to get closer to the water.In this project,everything starts and e
29、nds with water,which is the most important element of this project.On the basis of the original water network divided by dike and mounds,the Street is built like an island,which is permeated with the texture of waters.The waterfront design of the Street pro-gresses from north to south,layer by layer
30、 and presents the relationship with water in a variety of forms.The main streets,for example,are recreation of the water system of the ancient villages and are equipped with living water channels or ancient wells.Besides,cantilevers can be seen on the wa-terfront side of buildings.Platforms are set
31、up over waters.Tourists can climb down the staircases to have a closer look at the beautiful rivers and lakes.Unlike the commercial projects developed intensively in cities,the Street aims to provide a sanctuary for urban people to unwind and recharge.The beautiful sceneries by the Xijiang River and

38、间。在考虑其建筑功能、与周边环境在尺度及质感方面关系的同时,建造的标准化、轻量化及减少对场地的影响也是项目的思考核心。古劳水乡有其特殊的地域肌理,池塘与房屋呈现出一种既规则又自由、有机交织的状态。当地人建造房屋的习惯是在保证空间舒适性的前提下,尽量集约化地占用地面,把更大比例的土地留给鱼塘。茶寮的设计希望延续当地对空间节约使用的传统,同时也不失舒适的身体尺度感。因此新建筑采用了本地各种公共空间(村径、水上桥、桥边平台等)的尺度(约1m 的倍数)作为基本模数,并基于场地内的植物和人们动线的关系衍生出一个虽是标准化网格却呈自由流动状的形态。古劳的鱼塘、围墩上的房屋和天空三者构成了这里特有的三维风景
39、:穿梭于房子之间的自然,相互渗透的池塘和房屋,水面和天空之间光与色的交互等形成了一个各处都有风景的生活场所。为了延续这种特有的空间特征,建筑师设计了一个“无立面”的建筑,以期促进建筑内外空间的亲密联系。建筑的结构立柱在满足受力的前提下采用与周边竹林、鱼塘中使用的木柱或竹柱相近的截面尺寸,以寻求整体环境尺度的和谐;同时立柱也作为细分外部风景的元素,试图在水平维度上把多层叠合与渗透的风景关系引入建筑。局部地面的镂空与天花板材料的质感在垂直维度上进一步营造叠合多层的风景效应,由此将本地日常中的多维风景现象以一种当代建筑的方式延续,并与本地进行对话和共存。为了减少对地面的触碰,建筑被架空于草地之上,而

43、ng the function and harmony with the scale of the surrounding,the standardization and minimize impact on the site of construction are also the main thinking of the project.Gulou Waterfront has its unique regional texture,the ponds and houses present a regular and free intertwined network landform.In
44、 terms of land use,people here leave more proportion of land for the ponds,and the construction of houses keeps the space comfort while minimizing the occupation of land.The new building design is hoped to contin-ue the local frugality of space without losing the characteristics of comfortable body
45、scale.There-fore,the design of the building adopts the scale(approximately multiples of 1 m)of various public spaces(village paths,water bridges,bridge plat-forms,etc.)as the basic scale modulus,and based on the relationship between the plants in the site and the movement of people,a free-flowing vo
46、lume is derived although it is a standardized grid.The fish pond,the house on the pier and the sky constitutes the unique three-dimensional landscape here:the nature between the houses,the interpene-trating of ponds and houses,the interaction of light and color between the water surface and the sky,
47、etc.,form a living space which the scenery exists everywhere.In order to continue this spatial feature,the architect designs a building“without facade”to promote the intimate connection between the interior and exterior spaces of the building.Under the premise of satisfying the force,the columns of
48、the building are similar to the cross-sectional di-mensions of the surrounding bamboo and columns used in the fish ponds,so as to seek the harmony of the overall environmental scale,and the columns are also used as an elements to subdivide the external landscape as to try to introduce the landscape
49、relationship of multi-layer stacking and penetration into the building in the horizontal dimension.At the same time,through the hollowing out of the floor and the texture of the ceiling material,the multi-lay-ered scenery effect is further superimposed in the vertical dimension.In this way,the archi
50、tect hoped that the multi-dimensional landscape phenomenon of the daily space here can be continued in a con-temporary architectural way and then have dialogue and coexistence with the local.Finally,in order to reduce the possession of the earth,the building is raised above the grass,and the edge of
