To let the students know a broad outline of this unit. 教学重点 与难点    Teaching important points: some words and phrases as followings: Transistor n.晶体管Amplification n.放大Package vt. 封装 Gallium n. 镓Arsenide n. 砷化物Carbide n. 碳化物 Ubiquitous adj. 到处存在的,普遍存在的 Relevant adj. 有关的,相应的Emitter n. 发射极 Swing n.波动,改变Distortion n. 失真Barely adv. 仅仅 Fidelity n. 保真度Architecture n. 结构Ceramic n.陶瓷制品 Collector n. 集电极Drain n.漏极Grain n. 细粒Assignment n.分配 Integrated circuit 集成电路Gallium arsenide 砷化镓 Ball grid array 球栅阵列Heat sink 散热片 Teaching difficult points: Dictating the words in unit two. 教学手段 与方法   Teaching means: a blackboard, an overhead projector, the multi-media, and some ppt. files. Teaching methods: five-step approach. 教学过程 设计 Step one: presentation. At first, let one student to make a duty report for all class. Step two: review. Firstly, ask all the students to read the words of unit 2. Then, i will check the results: dictation. Step three: new words learning. 1).T chooses one student to read the first five words, and then correct his or her pronunciation.(the second five, third five words) 2).T teaches the new words one by one and explains.
